Requirements: $2M liability insurance (we can help you arrange it in minutes), signed agreement, and cleaning/return as received (or a $100 cleaning fee).

Sanctuary (up to 150)

A beautiful, nearly 120-year-old sacred space with stained glass and excellent acoustics—ideal for spiritual communities, choirs, recitals, and talks.


Highlights:

seating 150, organ/keyboard/drums, livestream capability.


Typical availability: Weekdays/evenings, Saturday, Sunday evenings.

Large Hall (up to 200)

Bright, flexible hall for gatherings, classes, rehearsals, and community events.

Highlights: tables/chairs, projector & screen, adjacent kitchen access, staff support for setup/takedown.
 

Typical availability: Weekday evenings, Fridays, Saturdays.

Community Kitchen (commercial)

Professional, fully equipped kitchen for caterers, bakers, and meal-prep businesses.


Highlights: gas & convection ovens, mixers/food processors, large prep island, limited cold/freezer storage, accessible.
 

Typical availability (weekly):

  • Mon: 8am–1pm (day only)

  • Tue–Thu: 2pm–8pm

  • Fri: Anytime 

  • Sat: Anytime

  • Sun: 5pm–10pm
     

Pricing approach: Monthly packages or one-time bookings (min. $300).

  • 2 Frigidaire electrical convention ovens

  • Hobart Commercial Dishwasher

  • Metallic island

  • Large pots and pans

  • Commercial coffee percolator

  • Ample space for preparing, cooking and clearning

  • Limited fridge/freezer space
